Centurion Kief Collection System - GL-038 (Gladiator)

Separate Trim From Fine Resin in One Pass - Double Bag Design

Processing trim often leaves fine material mixed in with leaf. This system uses two nested bags to divide the two streams: leafy trim stays in the inner bag, and only the fine material passes through to the outer mesh bag. You collect each stream separately and avoid sorting by hand.

Sold as a single unit, the GL-038 (Gladiator) suits small and mid-size processing setups, and growers who want to add trim separation to an existing workflow.

Key Features & Benefits

• Double bag filtration — an inner bag holds leafy trim while fine material passes to the outer mesh bag.
• Separate collection — you keep both streams apart for further processing.
• Simple removal — turn off the machine, remove the inner bag, then collect the material from the outer bag.
• Single unit — sold each, with a shipping weight of 0.5 lb.

Who Should Use Centurion Kief Collection System

This system suits cultivators and processors who handle trim and want to recover fine material separately from leaf. It fits both home gardeners and licensed commercial operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does the double bag system work?
A: Leafy trim collects in the inner bag. Only fine material passes through to the outer mesh bag. This keeps the two streams separate.

Q: How do I recover the collected material?
A: Turn off the machine first. Remove the inner bag, then collect the material from the outer mesh bag.

Q: Is this a special order item?
A: Yes. The distributor lists it as special order only, so allow extra time for fulfillment.

Q: How many units come in an order?
A: It is sold each, so one system per unit ordered.

Q: What does a collection system do compared with hand sorting?
A: It separates trim from fine material as the machine runs. Hand sorting takes more time and handling.
