Age Old Nutrients Sweet Finish - 0-4-4 - 6 Gal

Late-Cycle Phosphorus and Potassium Support - 6 Gal

Growers who want to support flower and fruit development near the end of a cycle need a supplement that supplies phosphorus and potassium without adding nitrogen. Sweet Finish has a 0-4-4 analysis and includes barley malt extract, which supplies supplemental carbohydrates as an energy source for plants just before harvest. The distributor designs it to enhance the size of flowers and fruits.

The 6 Gal container holds a large volume of concentrate. That makes it a practical fit for commercial operations and high-volume indoor growers who feed regularly across many plants or several rooms. Hobbyists with a few plants may prefer a smaller container.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does 0-4-4 mean?
A: The three numbers are the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium percentages in the product, in that order. Sweet Finish contains no nitrogen, 4 phosphorus and 4 potassium.

Q: What is barley malt extract doing in this product?
A: It is a natural source of carbohydrates. The manufacturer says these give plants a needed energy boost just before harvest.

Q: Should I use it during vegetative growth?
A: Sweet Finish is aimed at flower and fruit development, and its zero nitrogen makes it a poor fit as a main vegetative feed. Check the manufacturer's feed schedule for timing and rates.

Q: How does it differ from a complete base nutrient?
A: A base nutrient supplies a broad range of nutrients for the whole cycle. A supplement like this one adds phosphorus and potassium on top of a base program.

Q: Where can I find dosing and safety information?
A: Age Old publishes a feed schedule and safety data sheets on its website. Review them before use and follow the label.
