Growonix Lil Boss Delux Scrubber - 3 GPM - 9 x 18 x 18-in - Dechlorinator

Dechlorinated Feed Water Without a Pump - 3 GPM

Chlorinated tap water can stress roots and disturb the balance of a hydroponic reservoir. The Lil Boss Delux Scrubber treats incoming water as a dechlorinator, using carbon-based 4510 pre-filters. It connects to a garden hose feed, and a gauge on each side shows pressure.

At 3 GPM, this unit suits home gardeners and small to mid-size indoor cultivation rooms that need steady treated water for reservoir fills and top-offs. Larger operations can choose the optional booster pump upgrade to suit their feed pressure.

Key Features & Benefits

• Dechlorinator treatment — conditions feed water before it enters your system.
• No pump required — it runs on feed water pressure and keeps the setup simple.
• Powder coated steel bracket frame — holds the housings in a compact footprint.
• Two liquid-filled gauges — let you watch pressure across the filters.
• Quick connect outlet — treated water leaves through a 3/8-in fitting.

Who Should Use Growonix Lil Boss Delux Scrubber

Growers who fill reservoirs from a municipal supply and want a compact, pump-free way to remove chlorine will find it useful. It suits hobby and licensed commercial cultivation alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does it need electricity?
A: The unit ships with no pump, so it runs on feed water pressure. A booster pump upgrade, the DDP4-Vari, is available if your pressure is low.

Q: Is this a reverse osmosis system?
A: No. It has no membrane and makes no waste water. It dechlorinates water rather than removing dissolved solids.

Q: What water can I feed it?
A: It accepts feed water from 40°F to 105°F and from 1 to 90 psi.

Q: How does it connect?
A: Feed water enters through a brass female garden hose connection. Treated water leaves through a 3/8-in quick connect.

Q: What does a carbon pre-filter do?
A: Carbon media adsorbs chlorine and some organic compounds as water passes through. This helps protect roots and beneficial microbes in the reservoir.

Q: How large is it?
A: It measures 9 x 18 x 18 inches.
