The HydroLogic® HyperLogic® Poly-Spun Sediment Filter is a single-use, 5-micron melt-blown polypropylene sediment pre-filter engineered for use with HyperLogic® water filtration systems. Capturing silt, rust, dirt, sand, and other suspended solids at a 5-micron level, this filter protects downstream filtration components — including RO pumps and membranes — from particulate damage and premature fouling. When used with HyperLogic® Commercial Series RO systems, this filter — located in the gray housing under the RO — provides OEM-level protection to the RO pump and extends membrane service life. Also used on Industrial and Heavy-Industrial RO systems with CIP units, replacing after each CIP run to capture removed membrane scale. Formerly HyperLogic HL 11620.
