AquaVita Flexible Air Diffuser - 2 ft - 3/16 in Tubing Compatible

Steady Reservoir Aeration From a Flexible Diffuser - 2 ft

Still water in a hydroponic reservoir can leave roots short of dissolved oxygen. This flexible air diffuser connects to your air pump line and releases air into the water, which aerates and circulates it. Its Carborundum and ceramic construction is built for continuous use in water.

Sold individually, this unit suits hobbyists adding aeration to a single reservoir, and growers who want spare or additional diffusers for several containers. Buy more than one to spread air across a larger tank.

Key Features & Benefits

• Carborundum and ceramic construction — a durable porous material for submerged use.
• Flexible form — the diffuser can be laid or shaped inside a reservoir to spread air.
• 3/16 in tubing fit — connects to tubing with a 3/16 in inner diameter.
• Compact profile — about 0.5 in wide, so it fits narrow reservoirs.

Who Should Use AquaVita Flexible Air Diffuser

Anyone running a hydroponic system who needs better water aeration and circulation, from small home setups to growers adding capacity to multiple reservoirs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What tubing does this diffuser fit?
A: It fits tubing with a 3/16 in inner diameter. Check your tubing size before you order.

Q: What is it made of?
A: The diffuser is made of Carborundum and ceramic. Both are porous, water-safe materials.

Q: Do I need an air pump?
A: Yes. A diffuser only releases air that an air pump supplies through tubing. Choose a pump suited to your reservoir size.

Q: What does an air diffuser do?
A: It breaks the air from your pump into bubbles as it enters the water. This aerates and circulates the reservoir.

Q: Can I use it in more than one kind of container?
A: It is intended for aerating and circulating water in hydroponic systems and similar water containers. Use one per air line outlet.
