The MicrobeProof® 3.5g Botanical Protection Bag pairs a high-barrier resealable pouch with antimicrobial technology infused directly into the bag material - not sprayed on, not coated, and not something that wears off with handling. Protection is continuous for the life of the bag, working against the mold and bacteria that turn a passed batch into a failed one somewhere between packaging and the shelf.

The film blocks light and oxygen while the resealable child-resistant closure keeps the package usable through repeated openings. A clear viewing window lets buyers evaluate the product without breaking the seal.

Customization & Pricing

Custom printing starts with a plate made from your artwork. That’s a one-time $500 setup charge on your first order - the plate stays on file, and every reorder after that ships with no setup fee.

Two print colors are included. Each color beyond two is a one-time $100 charge, tied to the plate rather than the order, so it isn’t repeated on reorders. Seven or more colors: contact us for a quote.

Artwork Requirements

Upload your logo directly with your order below.

Best: a high-resolution PNG. It’s lossless, so nothing is degraded by compression, and it supports transparency if your logo needs to sit on a colored background.

Also accepted: JPG, WebP, and GIF. Whichever format you send:

• 300 DPI minimum at final print size - a logo pulled from your website will not print cleanly
• Send the largest version you have - we can always scale down, never up
• JPG compression artifacts can become visible on film, so if JPG is all you have, save at maximum quality
• Sharp, high-contrast edges - soft or anti-aliased edges are harder to separate for print

Have vector artwork from your designer? Export it to PNG at 300 DPI or higher and send that.

Different file format, or having trouble uploading? Leave the logo field blank and place your order anyway. A member of our team will contact you to collect your artwork directly, whatever format it’s in. Nothing is lost by ordering first - no plate is cut until we have your file and you’ve approved a proof.

How to Order

1. Select your order type. First time running this design? Choose New design - the one-time plate setup is included. Already have a plate on file with us? Choose Reorder and skip steps 2 and 4.
2. Choose your print colors. Two are included with your plate. Add more only if your artwork requires them.
3. Enter your company name. On a new design, this is printed on the bag exactly as you type it. On a reorder, this is how we find your plate - enter it the same way you did on your original order.
4. Upload your logo. PNG preferred. JPG, WebP, and GIF also accepted - send the largest, highest-quality version you have, at least 300 DPI at print size.

5. Set quantity and check out. Setup and color charges are one-time and appear only once regardless of quantity.
6. Approve your proof. Our design team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof for written approval. Nothing prints and no plate is cut until you sign off - and if there’s an issue with your file, we’ll flag it before then.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is displayed above. This applies to both first orders and reorders. If you need a smaller run or want to test a design before committing to full production, contact us and we’ll discuss options.

Do I pay the $500 plate setup fee again when I reorder?

No. The plate setup charge is one time only. Once your plate is made it stays on file with us, and every reorder using that same design ships with no setup fee. Just select Reorder and enter your company name the same way you did on your original order - that’s how we locate your plate.

What file format do you need for my logo?

A high-resolution PNG is best - it’s lossless and supports transparency. We also accept JPG, WebP, and GIF. Send the largest version you have at 300 DPI or better at final print size; a logo pulled from your website will be too low resolution to print cleanly. How long does a custom order take?

Yes. The child-resistant closure is classified in accordance with ASTM D3475 and lab-tested using CPSC standards and protocol to conform to Poison Prevention Packaging requirements under 16 CFR 1700. Documentation is available on request for licensed market compliance.
