Grow1 Landscape Ground Cover Barrier Fabric - 6 x 300 ft - Black with Green Guide Markings - 100GSM

Block Unwanted Growth Without Chemicals - 6 x 300 ft Roll

Unwanted growth competes with your plants for water and nutrients, and treating it by hand or with chemicals takes time. This ground cover fabric sits over prepared soil and blocks light-seeking growth while still letting air, water and nutrients reach plant roots. It is made from polypropylene at a fabric weight of 100GSM (3 oz/sq yd), and green guide markings on the black surface help you place plants accurately.

At 6 ft wide and 300 ft long, this roll suits larger beds, long rows, walkways and permanent plantings. Growers covering a small area will have plenty left over, while those managing long runs can cover them with few seams.

Key Features & Benefits

• Air and water permeable — moisture and nutrients reach the root zone while the fabric blocks growth from above.
• Green guide markings — help you space plants evenly and cut planting holes in the right places.
• 100GSM polypropylene — a heavier fabric weight built for repeated outdoor use.
• Simple installation — lay it, cut an X for each plant and cover it, with no heavy machinery.
• Chemical-free coverage — reduces the need for herbicide treatments in covered areas.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does water get through the fabric?
A: Yes. The fabric is permeable, so air, water and nutrients can reach the soil and roots beneath it. It still blocks growth from coming up through it.

Q: How do I install it?
A: Clear the area and rake it smooth. Lay the fabric over the soil, then cut an X where each plant goes, or wrap it around existing plants. Secure it with anchor pins and cover it with bark, mulch, sand or decorative rock.

Q: Are anchor pins included?
A: No. Anchor pins are sold separately, so add them to your order to hold the fabric in place.

Q: What does 100GSM mean?
A: GSM stands for grams per square meter, a measure of fabric weight. This fabric is 100GSM, which is about 3 oz per square yard.

Q: Is it a good choice for walkways?
A: Yes. It limits growth along paths and beds, and you can cover it with mulch or gravel for a finished surface.

Q: Can I use it for non-agricultural projects?
A: The product is labeled for agricultural use only. Follow that labeling when deciding where to use it.
