SupremeAir Australian Carbon Filter - 8 x 24-in - 650 CFM

Odor Control for Mid-Size Grow Spaces - 650 CFM Rating

Exhaust air from an indoor grow room can carry strong odors into the rest of a building. This activated carbon filter sits in the exhaust path and treats air as it passes through the carbon bed. The distributor rates it at 650 CFM, so you can match it to your fan and ducting.

The 8 x 24-in size suits regular indoor growers running a dedicated room or a larger tent. It is a practical middle size in the SupremeAir range, and it is sold individually, so you can buy one unit for a single exhaust line.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does the 650 CFM rating mean?
A: CFM stands for cubic feet per minute, a measure of how much air moves through the filter. A filter performs well when your fan moves air at or below its rating. Match the two before you install.

Q: Where does the filter go in a ventilation setup?
A: It connects in line with the exhaust fan and ducting. Air passes through the carbon before it leaves the grow space. Most growers mount it inside the room or tent.

Q: How big is the filter?
A: The filter size is 8 x 24 in. The shipping package measures 13.8 x 13.8 x 36.5 in and weighs 35.1 lb.

Q: How many filters come in one order?
A: Each order is for one filter. Order additional units if you run more than one exhaust line.

Q: Is this filter right for a small tent?
A: It depends on your fan and duct size. Compare the 650 CFM rating with your fan output, and consider a smaller filter if your setup moves far less air.
