Protected Probes and Stable Readings for Your Controller, Sample Pot

Probes hanging loose in a reservoir get knocked, pulled out or left dry when levels drop. A sample pot mounts on the wall beside the controller, and a reservoir pump keeps solution flowing through it, so probes always read fresh solution. Keeping probes in the pot also makes them easy to reach for calibration.

It suits IntelliDose and Guardian Monitor Wi-Fi installations in commercial and home systems. It is not for the Guardian Monitor Inline.

Why use a sample pot instead of hanging probes in the reservoir?

Probes in a sample pot cannot be broken or accidentally pulled out, and they stay submerged even if reservoir levels drop. They also see a steady flow of solution, which gives stable readings.

How is it plumbed?

Mount the pot on the wall near the controller. A pump in the reservoir feeds solution into the 1/2" intake, and the 3/4" overflow returns it to the reservoir.

Which devices is it compatible with?

Bluelab lists the IntelliDose Controller and Guardian Monitor Wi-Fi, excluding the Inline model.

Does it make calibration easier?

Yes. Probes in the pot are easy to reach and remove for cleaning and calibration, and calibration sachets are included.
