Automated Fertigation From Reservoir to Irrigation, 9-Part Dosing
As systems grow, manual dosing and separate irrigation timers become hard to keep consistent. The IntelliDose doses up to nine nutrient parts plus pH up or down, holds separate day and night EC targets, and runs up to four irrigation pump outputs. Proportional dosing and data tracking keep the solution on target.
It is designed for commercial hydroponic operations and large home systems that want one controller for nutrients, pH and irrigation. Connect it to Edenic with the Bluelab IntelliLink for remote monitoring and control.
Key Features & Benefits
- Up to 9-part nutrient blend — doses multi-part nutrients plus pH up or down.
- Irrigation control — up to 4 irrigation pump outputs with scheduling.
- Day and night EC — set different EC targets and lower EC by adding water.
- Fail-safe dosing — shut-offs plus email or SMS alerts.
- All growing methods — NFT, DFT/DWC, soil, media, drip and aeroponics.
Who Should Use the IntelliDose Controller
Commercial hydroponic and fertigation operations, and large home systems, that want automated nutrient, pH and irrigation control in one device. Dosing pumps such as the Bluelab Peristaltic Pumps for IntelliDose are sold separately.
About Bluelab IntelliDose Controller
The IntelliDose kit includes the controller, a conductivity probe, a 5 m pH probe, a sample pot, a 24 V DC 2.5 A power supply, a 3 m USB cable and calibration sachets. It measures pH 2–12 and EC 0–10 with ±0.1 accuracy at 25°C / 77°F.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What growing systems does the IntelliDose work with?
- Bluelab lists NFT, DFT/DWC, soil, media, drip and aeroponics. It controls nutrient dosing, pH and irrigation across these methods.
- How many nutrients can it dose?
- It doses up to a 9-part nutrient blend, plus pH up or down. Dosing is sequential to prevent power surges.
- What dosing pumps does it use?
- The IntelliDose powers 24 V DC dosing pumps through its nine outputs. Bluelab sells 120 ml, 450 ml and 1400 ml per minute peristaltic pumps for the IntelliDose.
- How do I monitor it remotely?
- Add the Bluelab IntelliLink gateway, which connects the IntelliDose to the Edenic app over Ethernet or Wi-Fi. You can then monitor, control and receive alerts remotely.
- What is a sample pot and why is it included?
- A sample pot holds the probes in a continuous flow of reservoir solution. It protects probes from damage and gives stable readings, and makes calibration easier.
