Ducting Recommended for Optimal Performance
For optimal performance, we recommend ducting the Ideal-Air™ Pro Series Ultra Sonic Humidifier using 4 in PVC or 4 in DWV plastic pipe. It is important not to run the unit without ducting or to cover the top of the unit with water, as this may cause the unit to shut off.
Important Filling Instructions
To ensure proper water level and correct operation, be sure to fill the unit through the provided hose and float valve only. Do not fill the unit through the discharge piping outlets, as this may cause the tank to overfill and prevent the unit from creating humidity.
